Where are you located? I found my battery cover on Yahoo Auctions Japan. Remember that the battery cover is the same for some models of S301 as well. It will be obvious if it fits or not -- the S301A and S402A scooters have plastic battery covers with a bulge at the top for the speedo, which is mounted at the top of the legshield. The S301B and S402B scooters have metal battery covers and the speedo is up on the handlebars.
Back racks are tougher to come by because, I think, they were technically an option and so there are many more S402 scooters than back racks. I have seen new repros on Yahoo auctions, but as I recall the prices were nutso (several hundred $$).
